ProvisionPoint Permissions: New Features deliver a new summary report with improved navigation
The latest update to ProvisionPoint Permissions features delivers a new summary report allowing you to quickly run a summary on workspaces, looking for unique objects or Lists, check for sharing links in your lists or files or check for dead, unlicensed or external users.
Once run, a count will be displayed with links to open the report associated with the result.
New tabbed navigation has been introduced, allowing your admins to easily switch between reports that need to be run. This allows your team to run actions and look at multiple reports at the same time, meaning they work quicker and smarter by focusing on the tasks instead of gathering the information.
As well as this we have allowed the scope to be changed once the report has been run and the ability to clone or amend any saved templates to keep them up to date.
